Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all products are in new, unopened, and resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided RMA label to your box and ship the package through a trackable carrier; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund or credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
